Employees will do various residential construction jobs including flips and renovation work. Employees will work Monday-Friday at their assigned job site from 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Job sites may vary from all parts of Virginia including, but not limited to Richmond, Hopewell, Petersburg, and more.

Applicants must have a general understanding of residential construction and be familiar with tools and equipment.
Requirements:

Must be 18+
Must be able to provide own transportation to and from job sites
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have MINIMUM of 2 years of prior experience in residential construction
Must have general knowledge of construction work
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Residential construction: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: On the road
