With a background in masonry and construction for 18 years, Jess brings a wealth of local knowledge and hands-on expertise to real estate. Growing up in Shortpump and relocating to Goochland gave him a deep appreciation and understanding of the area. Jess graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Communications, enhancing his understanding of the area's unique characteristics. A decade in real estate, and what a journey it's been.

The numbers tell part of the story: 100+ homes sold and over $55 million in closed volume. But behind every one of those is a family finding their place, a set of keys handed over, a new chapter beginning.

When she's not helping clients cross the finish line, she's usually chasing one of her own. As an ultra-runner, she's tackled everything from 5Ks to 100Ks, because apparently a regular marathon wasn't quite enough. 🏃‍♀️

She's also a proud boy mom, with her favorite little adventure buddy keeping life full and entertaining outside of work. And in those rare quiet moments, you'll find her painting and drawing, still creating, just on a smaller canvas.

Jess headed back to Goochland Schools to help greet the county's newest educators.

Breakfast first, then onto the bus as a tour guide, showing everyone the places, stories, and people that make this community home.

So grateful he was called on as a local resource and got to share what makes Goochland such a great place to live.
