Stephen has been driving around this subdivision for years… dreaming of living here with his adorable wife, Savannah and raising their family in a fun neighborhood. Huge thank you to Jim Fischetti, Susie Hall and Caitlin Hall and the entire leadership at NextHome for ALWAYS being on top of our real estate industry. As many of you have heard, there are most likely changes coming. It’s not a done deal yet but it’s also not new to any of us at NextHome. Our leadership has been talking about the NAR lawsuit and the decoupling of commissions for almost three years now. So please know that we are fully prepared to continue guiding our clients through the process as well as the change in the industry.
