And another awesome finished home in New Kent! Great main level living with a full basement! Wonderful flow on this plan with a first floor primary and guest bedrooms, private sitting room off primary bedroom and large walk in closet, vaulted Great Room open to the Kitchen and Dining area. Front private study. Mudroom/Laundry entry with direct access to primary closet. Nice rear deck with cable rails, and screened porch overlooking the natural wooded areas. Basement has huge finished rec room, with two guest bedrooms and full bath, as well as a drive-in third bay garage/workshop. A really neat plan for sure. We can build anywhere throughout the Richmond and surrounding areas - from Lake Anna to Deltaville, and any points in between!

Very functional design with a large oversized garage with dog wash station, covered front and rear porches and open deck, vaulted and tray ceilings, and a nice mudroom entry from the garage with bench seating.
