Well my goodness what can I say but after 128 days from listing to close I wanted to ask you to join me in wishing my amazing, incredible, SUPER FREAKING AWESOME seller a huge CONGRATULATIONS on the sale of her home in Powhatan!

This one had it all from Radon to Snowstorms. From me crawling under the house into the crawlspace over 10 times to getting it ready for a ice storm and Hoth like temperatures then not being able to get back to the house for a week so just praying that the pipes were good….again when I said this one had it all trust me….it had it all.

Still my amazing Mothman loving client held in there and yesterday it was so good to let her know we had closed. Thank you Melissa for hanging in there through the ups and downs! You did great, I am proud of you and thank you for trusting me to get the job done even in negative wind chills.
