A: Danielle Kenny, Wind Chime Properties, Principal Broker/Owner


Q: What inspired you to start your business?
A: We invest in properties and I wanted to help others realize their goals of investing in real estate as well, whether for their primary/secondary home or an income producing property. I wanted to help educate people so they could feel confident and informed making their own purchases.



Q: What does your business do and who do you serve?
A: Wind Chime Properties is a full service residential real estate firm helping people make the best-informed decision about the biggest financial purchase or sale of their life. We also provide an avenue to financial and personal security through home ownership as a primary residence or investment property. We serve the greater Richmond area, and we can also help anyone in purchasing a beach house in the Virginia Beach and Sandridge Beach areas.


Q: How do you define success for your company?
A: Success is determined by the individuals and families we serve each year efficiently and effectively attaining their objectives. A clear indicator is when they refer us to family and friends, and come back to us with future business.


Q: If your business were a person, how would you describe its personality?
A: If my business were a person, it would be a trusted advisor - confident but never pushy. It’s the person who explains things clearly, answers the phone, and keeps promises. Professional, yet warm. Experienced, yet approachable. Someone who makes big decisions feel manageable, answers questions, and always puts people first.
