My clients have been renting in Mechanicsville for the last 6 years!! Having gone through a nasty experience of buying a house 10 years back, they were reluctant to step into the housing market. I worked with them to change their mind set and got them under contract and close on this fancy custom built house with all the bells and whistles😍
Thrilled to be in their new home just in tume for summer😎😎😎😎

Always gratifying to help out First Time Home Buyers😍😍😍 This young couple are on their way to start their life together and wanted to buy a house. I met them 8 months back and showed them couple if homes but this Spring, they got really serious and we saw homes very aggressively every week. Educating them through the home buying process was something I did to make them aware how things happen. We lost out on an offer we made on a house they absolutely loved. Again ss their Realtor, I was there to manage their disappointment and assure them that there were more homes out there and it was not the end of the world!
Well, they found another cute starter remodeled home and CLOSED yesterday🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
