Key Points:

Consumer Choice: It's crucial for consumers to have options when it comes to professional representation and costs.
📑 Form Agreements: Updated agreements will help real estate professionals communicate the full range of choices available to consumers.
📑 Offers of Compensation: Home sellers can still offer compensation to the buyer’s broker, which helps make professional representation more accessible and supports first-time and underserved buyers.
📑 NAR is committed to implementing these changes fully and in good faith to enhance your real estate experience.

NAR members and REALTOR® associations must implement the practice changes stemming from NAR’s proposed settlement agreement fully and in good faith.
