This is why I do what I do! Congratulations to my clients and first time home buyers for closing on their house yesterday! It was a long road with MANY obstacles but we stayed the course and got it done! Now this young family has their own home where they can grow and I couldn’t be more happy/proud to be a part of it.

I've been saying stop procrastinating on making your purchase. Rates are now averaging 4.16% for 30-year fixed rate...and these rates will continue to rise making affordability lower.

Rates above 4% are likely the norm for the foreseeable future.
