An out of state move often means a vehicle has to make the trip as well. Our auto transport loads it up these ramps into an enclosed trailer, where it is secured and travels covered instead of adding highway miles. A chandelier needs its own plan on moving day.

Once the fixture is safely down, the crystals and arms are removed and wrapped one by one, the frame is packed in its own carton and every part is labeled so it goes back together the same way. In a two story foyer the work starts with the right platform and a second person on the ground.

Before any furniture leaves your home, it gets wrapped like this.

A mattress is one of the most awkward things to carry out of a home.

It holds the most fragile things in the house, from glasses to small appliances, and it is the room you need until the last day. Our packers wrap each glass and plate in clean paper, stand plates on edge in dish pack cartons and fill every gap so nothing shifts. The kitchen is usually packed last, so you can keep cooking until moving day.
