Most of what you see on Real Estate social media from Realtors is the glamorous part of the job: showing the million dollar house when it is perfectly staged and every square inch of the house is perfectly clean. Those are fun days. But not everyday is like that. Sometimes, you are in your client's crawl space at 10 pm on a Thursday because you were notified of a possible foundation issue that needs immediate attention. Client service takes on many different forms. They aren't all glamorous. Sometimes it's about getting down and dirty. Either way, the client is served. and that's the most important thing!
