4 days into my second Vaccine. 20 hours into it I started feeling very Blah.. Sore all over and a headache for about half the day after. My arm hurt for about 3 days. Now I'm feeling pretty normal. Hopefully I'll stay that way. Have a good night. Oh, the question in so many conversations these days. You ask, which shot. Moderna.

Who is thinking about selling your home?
Who goes to bed thinking about making a move?
Do you wake up thinking about selling your home because of one reason or another? If you do, the universe is talking to you and maybe it's time to at least see what that move could do for you.
If you sell, well, you need a place to go and maybe that's where you start. The question at hand is where would I like to go and what could I get if I sold my home today or in 6 months or what every time line you'd set for your goal. All food for thought.

Another week is behind us. The weather is turning nice. Some would say too hot but it’s the season. What’s everyone doing? Open houses are popping up. Gardens are going in. The birds are building their nests. You’re hearing more motorcycles out and the fishing rods are being taken out of the garage. Spring is a time for new ideas. What’s yours? Have you done your part and received your vaccination? My kids suggested I get mine, so I did it for them. Please keep me in mind when you or someone you know needs a realtor in today’s market. I'd like to introduce to you, my new business page and to let everyone know that I have moved to a new location. I'm now at the Baird & Warner Real Estate office in Glen Ellyn, which happens to be my hometown. I'm excited and hope you can be excited with me. The company has actually been there and in the same building since 1963 and for me, I have been selling Real Estate since 1997 and it surely never gets dull. The best part is making friends for life. I'd like to ask everyone to help me get the word out by liking my page and if you know anyone that may be interested in buying, selling or investing in Real Estate, share it with them.
