Based on the indicated months’ supply, although the market has adjusted somewhat, we continue to be in a very strong Sellers’ market. This is great when you’re selling, but to maximize your profit, it’s crucial to list at a compelling price.

If you’re a buyer, set realistic expectations. Be prepared for competition when a home is priced appropriately. A good agent will protect you from overpaying in a bidding war, while guiding you with an appropriate winning offer.
