Good News!

A ruling in DuPage County Court was handed down today against the Village in the case regarding the proposed gas station at 825 N. Main Street. While the Village respects the decision of the Trial Judge in this case, we do not agree with it and believe that the Village Board made its decision to grant a special use permit for the development of a convenience store and gas station while acting in the best interest of the Village as a whole. The Board is considering all options for moving forward.
