🏡 Before You List: 10 Steps to Get Your Home Market-Ready
Thinking about selling your home? Don’t put the “For Sale” sign in the yard just yet! A little preparation can make a BIG difference in how quickly your home sells—and how much you walk away with.
Here’s your step-by-step pre-listing checklist:
1️⃣ Start with a game plan
Before you spend a dollar, talk with a Realtor about your home’s current market value and what improvements are actually worth making.
2️⃣ Declutter, declutter, declutter!
Pack away anything you don’t use regularly. Less “stuff” makes rooms feel larger and lets buyers see the home—not your belongings.
3️⃣ Deep clean ✨
Clean windows, floors, baseboards, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and those easily forgotten corners. A clean home shows that it has been cared for.
4️⃣ Make necessary repairs 🔨
