Do you remember where you were when you first heard the news?

I will never forget—I was sitting in English class. It is one of those moments that remains etched in your memory forever.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

I’m excited to announce that I have joined Cummings & Co. Realtors while continuing to proudly serve my clients as a member of the Aughenbaugh Team!

🏡✨ Pretty cool to see a property I sold a few years ago getting this kind of attention!

The Creek House was recently featured by Levi Kelly of Levi Kelly Tours, a YouTube creator with nearly 800,000 subscribers, known for showcasing some of the most unique homes, cabins, and vacation properties across the country.

In his latest video, “Arrive by Train to This 1900 Remodeled Modern Cabin!”, Levi visits The Creek House and highlights what makes this property so special. Located along the historic railroad once traveled by Abraham Lincoln, this beautifully restored 1900 home offers an experience that’s unlike anything else.

Having been involved in the sale of this property, I can honestly say it’s one of the most unique homes I’ve ever had the privilege of helping clients purchase. Seeing it featured on such a large platform is exciting and well deserved!

Congratulations to the owners on this incredible feature. It’s great to see such a special property getting the recognition it deserves!

Not every client is looking for the same thing, and that’s what makes this job so rewarding.

Some are focused on schools, some on commute, some on investment, and some are looking for a place where they can raise their family and enjoy the outdoors right in their own backyard.

This client had a vision: a property where he could build a life with his family and still have the space and opportunity to hunt. Safe to say, mission accomplished. 🦃

Moments like this are why I love what I do. Getting a photo like this after closing is a great reminder that it is not just about buying a house, it is about finding the right place for someone’s lifestyle and goals.

If you are looking for something specific, whether it is land, privacy, convenience, or something totally unique, I am here to help you find it.
