York County is more than just the place where Heather was born and raised, it is the place she enjoys. She is a huge supporter of local businesses and could live here the rest of her life as “This is Home.”
Married to her High School sweetheart, Shane they have two sons and although her sons, now adults, are making their own mark in the world, she will always be on the sidelines as their biggest fan. As a previous owner of her own interior design business for 14 years, Heather knows the look & feel buyers want in a potential home. With her keen sense of design, she can see potential in homes and loves the priceless look on the buyer’s face when they find the ONE! Heather uses her creativity in negotiations and writing contracts. Heather is down to earth and she has brought humor into the thing's life has thrown her way. This approach to life often relaxes those around her. Heather’s clients say they feel like they have known her forever and they often become family to her. It is no wonder that her business is referral based. This relational approach has also awarded Heather the honor of being in the top 1% of realtors in her market. Heather will now lead The Heather Aughenbaugh team a.k.a. The A-Team surrounding herself with team members who share these same values. This will be the key to their success. Her Motto is “Some people look for a beautiful place. Others make a place beautiful.” Every detail is important to Heather. She will be by your side during your journey. It is no wonder that most of her business is referral based. Heather feels truly blessed to be able to do what she loves to do!
