🏡 📈2021’s DFW Real Estate Market 📉🏡

Unforeseen and Unprecedented … Buyers need to understand their “Buying Power” more than ever before! 🙌🏻

I’m posting this because if you follow a real estate agents social media you usually see posts that attest to “winning” against multiple offers. That’s obviously fantastic and positive news to share! 😃🍻

What you don’t see as much, if at all, is how many offers were “lost” against multiple offers on a particular property. And how long it took for the buyer to get under contract. 😔

If you’re a buyer in the market to purchase a home in 2021…. You know how insane this market is. 🤯

If you’re thinking of buying in 2021 or even 2022 I highly recommend talking to a real estate agent sooner than later. ⏱⏳⏰

I say all this because I want buyers to have as much “buying power” in this heavy sellers market.💪🏻👊🏻

What does “buying power” even mean?! 🧐

It means, having a buyers agent who educates you on market pricing, utilizing the contract terms to the best benefit of the buyer, finding out as much about the property as much as the seller is willing to disclose, cultivating relationships within the market and being a voice of reason. 👩🏼‍💻

That last one is “key” in this crazy market. I am THAT agent who has no problem telling my clients that the offer they want to make should be one they don’t “lose sleep over.” AND if needed… telling them to walk away (or stay depending on THEIR best interest). 🙅🏼‍♀️👎🏻👍🏻

I have had many clients “lose” many offers to many properties this year. It never feels good, but the silver lining for EVERY SINGLE CLIENT has been eventually getting under contract and closing on a home that ended up being THE PERFECT home. Not only the perfect home but at a price they aren’t losing sleep over. 😵‍💫🥱😴

Buying a home is a HUGE financial investment and 99% of the time a huge emotional investment. The right real estate agent is going to look out for their clients investment… both financial and emotional. 🥰

If you’re a Buyer still looking for your home to purchase…Hang in there! Push past the “lost” homes… The PERFECT home will be yours! Keep faith! 😍

And… if you are thinking about buying and don’t have a real estate agent yet… holler at me, I would love to get your best buying power started! Or if you know of someone thinking about buying I would be honored to be your referral to them! 🤗

I had the wonderful privilege of attending the One Man, Two Worlds Celebration in honor of Quanah Parker and The Comanche Nation, last night. I love the traditions that were shared as we gathered together as community and for friendships that were made!
