What are your thoughts on where the mortgage rates and the overall industry is headed?
Many times we wait for the rates to drop, for the home prices to go down, for the right opportunity to come by, for the supply or demand chart to change, for the economy to resuscitate, and many other “for this or that to change”. However, I am a true believer that there is no right time to buy, sell, rent or refinance, except for the time that is right for you and your family. Of course there will always be external forces that push and pull us in different directions, and those that alter our decision making process. However, constantly postponing and waiting for things (we have no control over) to change for us to make a life changing decision is not always the best solution. Having said this, don’t wait.
