Big news for Surprise.
A new 35,000 sq. ft. Whole Foods Market is planned for Prasada East at the southeast corner of Waddell Rd & Sarival Ave, directly across from Costco.
The project is expected to become the first Whole Foods in Surprise and will be part of a new retail center that already includes plans for Flower Child, Barnes & Noble, Paddy O’ Furniture, and Hammer & Nails.
This is another major sign of how quickly the Loop 303 corridor is growing.
