If you've noticed things slowing down in the Valley, don't panic.

This is what the market does every summer.

🌴 Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria & surrounding areas are seeing:
• Fewer active buyers
• Less inventory coming to market
• More negotiating opportunities for buyers
• Slower overall activity

Why?

Because Phoenicians are doing what they do every summer—escaping the heat, traveling, spending time with family, and taking vacations before the school year begins.

Expect this trend to continue through August.

🏔️ Meanwhile, Northern Arizona is telling a different story...

Flagstaff and surrounding communities are seeing:
• Increased inventory
• More buyer activity
• Homes moving faster
