This is true for most properties and if you can, you should hold on your property and rebuild!

But this is a special case. An amazing elderly couple simply couldn’t wait for the time it might take to rebuild and chose to sell so they could be closer to their family.

With a good strategy and plan in place, I was able to beat out multiple developers to secure this escrow for my wonderful buyer so she can build a forever home for her family.
