Grateful for the trust and the opportunity to help another client find their next home.

After a lot of conversations, planning, touring, education, and strategy, we were able to secure a property they are genuinely excited about. Now the real work begins as we move through inspection, appraisal, and closing.

One huge win in this process was helping secure financing well below current market mortgage rates. One of the biggest advantages of working with a full time real estate professional is having the right relationships, strategy, and knowledge to uncover opportunities that many buyers simply never hear about.

It is rarely about the money you save today. More often, it is about the opportunities you miss by not having the right guidance in your corner.

The numbers are not matching the public perception right now.

Fewer homes came to market this March compared to last year. Sold listings were up year over year, average sold price increased by 2%, and days on market and months of inventory stayed almost exactly the same.

Mortgage rates are also better than where they were this time last year, not worse.

The market is moving, good homes are still selling, and buyers are still buying.

On top of that, my lending and industry partners can often provide better rates, stronger service, and incentives you are unlikely to find elsewhere.

If you are thinking about buying or selling, now is a good time to have a conversation before the market shifts again.
