Today was a blast; what a better way to start the weekend than with two closings? And better yet, my first two closings with the amazing real estate duo Erick and Daisy! We had a very short timeframe to make this one work because the seller had a previous contract fall through. When they asked if we could close asap, I assured them we could get it done. And we did! My client got a great deal and we all enjoyed and smooth transaction. 🥳🥳🥳
