At the title office working because I’m not one to waste a good WiFi connection! Today I was able to help some close friends’ parents tap into their equity for a down payment for their kid’s home. Best part? We got Clear to Close in 12 business days with a holiday! Signing took 15 mins and they have the rest of the day to celebrate. In this climate, many are afraid to tap into their equity.
