Only good thing about Coronavirus: Interest rates have plummeted to all time lows. This is likely a very temporary dip. Anyone with an interest rate higher than 4% should look into refinancing. Let me know if you have questions or would like a lender recommendation.

Does anyone know a car fanatic that needs a bigger garage? My newest listing has a 5 car garage with a lift for a 6th. My client is in construction and is also a hot rod collector, so he designed and built it to his liking. It is heated, 2 compressors, and even has soundproof insulation. The house is awesome too! 5 bed, 3 bath that backs to a park near Chatfield. Please let me know if you think someone would be interested in seeing it before we go on the market.
