PS: If you’re planning on remodeling your house in Glendale, my simple advice would be to get approval and permits before touching anything. It may take a few months but trust me, it’ll save you a world of headache down the line.

I’ve guided nearly 2 dozen clients in the past 2 years from renting to homeownership and the feeling just doesn’t get old!

For this specific example they had 10 offers on the table, highest one being $490k yet our offer at $480k was accepted. Why would a seller accept the lower offer?? Because of my reputation and the promise of a smooth & quick close. That’s exactly what I delivered and all parties were extremely pleased. I also managed to get my client $1k towards their closing costs, which covered their inspection & appraisal costs! 😎

Lending was done in house by and seamless is an understatement!

Sold for $480,000
