Our second offer (ever) was accepted 😳😭🙏🏼

If you have been following the market recently, Realtors now have to write an average of 20 offers for their clients before it gets accepted. To say it’s challenging to be a Buyer right now is an understatement. But our God is good and He made a way for our clients to win this house over!

The hard part is over for our clients who have been in the market searching for their growing family for 2 years! We only met them 2 weeks ago, showed 4 homes and we are officially Under Contract!

Since Covid hit, Open Houses halted for a while so there was no open house available for anyone before they bought 😳 Or, everything was Virtual 😳 NOW, there’s still no Open Houses because even before houses are going on the market, they’re already Sold with 15 over asking offers! 😳

Fortunately for you, there is an open house coming your way! This House is about to hit the MLS today and Josh and I are excited to show it in its full glory!

Open House this past Saturday with was enlightening and so successful! 😍

Things I noticed:
1. Homes that are put on the market with literally less than 24 hour notice get TRAFFIC given Arizona’s current Sellers market.

2. So many buyers are STRUGGLING to find a home with inventory as low as it’s historically ever been! They’re literally going on random house hunt without their agents in hopes of getting lucky.

3. Buyers are literally just throwing offers in with the hopes that it sticks and outbidding other buyers.

4. Normal offers are coming in on average $10k-30k over list price.

Honestly, if I hadn’t just bought my house 7 months ago, I’d be a Seller right now! 😞
