9 years ago on March 9th our world drastically changed. My Mom died unexpectedly. Truly rocked our world. I never would’ve thought we would be ok again but were finding our footing.

Today we got together to remember Mom (Connor was sick so he couldn’t make it)and honor her memories by having some comfort food and hiking. Taking our next right steps isn’t easy (at all) but we are doing it. We were truly blessed to have her as long as we did (of course it was not long enough) but we were blessed. Thanking God for allowing us to celebrate Mom today this way and for comforting us in our new steps.

This blanket was started and stopped like 5 or 6 times and was NOT my favorite by a long shot and isn’t great but made with loads of love. Came out good for our darling daughter. Sending her off with lots of love to get a family hug whenever she needs it. In all your travels little one, your family loves you more than you can ever know 💕🏠. Got wrong music first time I posted. Had to use The LaLaLas from our favorite show. So here we go again lol
