Because the reality is, waiting has a cost too.

Home prices haven’t stopped moving. Rent hasn’t stopped increasing. And life definitely hasn’t stopped happening while buyers wait for the “perfect” rate.

I’m not saying everyone should run out and buy a house right now. Buying has to make sense for your finances, your monthly payment, and your life.
