Having participated in the purchase and/or sale of numerous properties, I have a unique ability to identify the important assets of a home in order to attract the right buyer, as well as keen insight on the most essential features of a home for purchase. Having been on both sides of the transaction, I can best advocate for my clients either as buyers or sellers. I am also a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist uniquely qualified to assist seniors in housing sales and purchases. The SRES Designation is awarded only to realtors who have additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. Another additon, is my designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). The ABR designation gives me the the edge in understanding a buyers's perspective while protecting and promoting my buyer clients' interests. My goal is to make your home buying experience as smooth as possible. In addition to my extensive real estate experience, I am also a Wisconsin state-certified Home Inspection and an apprenticed electrician. With this background, I can help sellers maximize the value of their home and get the best price. In addition, I can help buyers get the most for their money by guiding them through the search for a safe and structurally sound home. 📢August 2026 Wisconsin Real Estate Report 📰

August Home Slide as Affordability Continues to Decline

• Existing home sales fell 8.3% from August 2025, reversing gains from June and July, while the median price rose 7.1% to $362,000.
• Despite the August decline, year-to-date sales are up 3.2%, while the median price is up 7.3% to $348,838.
• Affordability fell 6.5% in August — the sixth consecutive monthly decline — reaching its lowest level since tracking began in 2009.
• Inventory remains tight at 4.4 months of supply, keeping the market tilted toward sellers.
• Mortgage rates averaged 6.67% in August, up from 6.05% in February, adding further pressure on affordability.
