How I’m spending today and this weekend. classes, classes, classes…Peripheral Nerve Manipulation; Lower Body. This is course 3 of 5. Next month I have, NM4, the nerves of the head and face. The NM5 class is only given in the USA every 3 years. They are having NM5 next week in the USA, there is always a waiting list for that class. So hopefully I’ll get to take that class in 3 years.

With everyone staying home more now. People are setting more then ever. I am starting to see more clients with lower back pain come in to my office. So I'm offering this advice to everyone. First try not to set for more then 45 mins at a time. At the very least you need to get up and move around for 15 mins every hour. Drink plenty of water, recommended daily in take of water is 1/2 your body weigh in OZ. SO if you weight in at 150 lbs you should be drinking at least 75oz of water a day. Don't forget to add to that amount is you do physical actives. Workout, you don't need a gym to do this. Go for a run or a bicycle ride. Beach body fitness, an online fitness workout group, is free for everyone for the next few weeks. Stretch daily, hold those stretches for at least 60 seconds each. If you have an issue that I can help with just call or text me at (480) 662-9462. I have openings on and off through out each week. Be safe out there and stay healthy, Mike. Just putting this out there. We have a nurse practitioner, Victoria, at our office Monday through Friday. Incase you didn’t know, in Arizona a NP can work on their own license. Write the same scrips and do just about everything, short of surgery, a full MD can do. If you need to see someone for an illness or other medical issue. You can call our office at (623)215-2525. She has openings most days. We do not accept any forms of insurance. But a visit is only $30!!! She actually spends time with clients, real hands on visit, her visits can last up to 30 mins if need be. She will also, if you need a script, find you where it is the cheapest and possibly have a coupon printed up for you.
