Arizona’s hands-free law just got tougher. Starting August 4, a second or subsequent offense carries a $400 fine, with an additional $150 if the violation causes a crash involving a motorcycle.

So, if you’re calling me from the car to buy or sell a home, please use hands-free—or wait until you’re safely parked. No call, text, or real estate deal is worth an accident.

Our wonderful sister, Colleen, has officially made the move to beautiful Sun City — following in the footsteps of our grandparents who moved there back in the late 1960’s. Full circle moment for our family! We are so happy and excited for her as she begins this new adventure in such a great community.
