Is parking included? There is free parking available to all residents. We also have heated, reserved parking available at an additional cost. How much is the security deposit? The minimum deposit required is $600. Additional deposits may be required based on credit/income/resident history. What are the lease terms for Bayshore Place Apartments? We prefer 12 months, but will except a minimum of 3 months with restrictions. Are pets allowed at Bayshore Place Apartments? Cats are welcome with restrictions. Is storage available? Yes, at an additional cost. What appliances and fixtures are provided in the units? Our units come fully equipped with window coverings, washer and dryer in the unit, garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances including frost free refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. When are units available for showing? Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed Sundays.
