EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: "The Cherry Creek Plaza Maintenance Staff went above and beyond to prepare CCP for the lender tour on Thursday, February 5, 2015. The staff stayed late and arrived early as required to ready the property and the results were noticeable and extremely positive. One of the lenders commented to the cleanliness of the property on multiple occasions and was impressed with the condition of the vacant spaces which were “in showing condition without the need for prior notice or preparedness”. The extra efforts made by George, Jeramie and Brian spoke to the quality and capabilities of Corum’s property management team and left the building making a strong impression with the lender."

"I was born and raised in Greeley, CO and attended the University of Northern Colorado. After college, I went into the military and worked as a Counterintelligence Agent for the U.S. Army, holding a Top Secret security clearance, and was stationed around the U.S. and in Seoul, South Korea. EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: We'd like to give a shout out to Jeramie at Cherry Creek Plaza!

Hi, I'm Jeramie Cremeen, a Building Engineer at Corum. In 1994, I joined the United States Army and moved to Fort Lewis, Washington. I now live in Highlands Ranch with my wife, 3 daughters (20, 18, and 9), 2 boys (11 and soon to be 7), and 2 cats. Our most recent addition to our family is are grandson (1 1/2 ). My wife and I enjoy watching our younger children play sports every weekend and spending time together. Our older two daughters are in college and we look forward to spending time with them as well. Few people know this about me: In Dec. 2010-2011 I was recruited and played for the Semi-Pro Football Team Colorado Cobras, as a left and right defensive end. I have been attending Arapahoe Community College working towards my Construction Management Degree.
