✅Lenders normally report your balance to credit bureaus several days prior to your actual payment due date.

👉Make sure you pay your balance or payment(s) by the report date (statement date) so that the lowest balance is reported!

Planning ahead, when looking to buy or in the process of getting pre-approved, it is very important to keep these things in mind, your vintage score is NOT the same as a FICO score. When the lender pulls your credit report, they are going to pull your mortgage FICO score to see your score.
