WHY ORANGE COLOR? Why NOT Orange? :) Orange Homes of Arizona [aka Team ORANGE] is named after the “Stroop Effect”. The Stroop effect is a phenomenon in which you must say the color of a word but not the name of the word. Blue for example might be printed in red and you must say the color rather than the word; in our case, Orange is the color green. It’s a mental conundrum and a metaphor for service. We are in the Real Estate industry but NOT the Real Estate business. We are in the relationship business that happens to involve buying and selling Real Estate. WHY ORANGE NAME? In the Real Estate industry you’ll commonly find the names of teams/groups named after a person; specifically the lead or founding agent. Team ORANGE is NOT about the founding agent, it’s about the people on the Team AND Vendors/Lenders whom also serve our clients. Agents on Team ORANGE are encouraged to make their own name, unique to them, all motivated by the commonality of being part of Team ORANGE, NOT an associate of the founding agent.
