📉 Rates are moving down — and buyers in Phoenix are paying attention. Here’s what I’m actually doing to help them take advantage right now:

When rates shift, the window moves quickly. My buyers are pre-approved and ready to move before the competition even wakes up.
🎯 Targeting motivated sellers
Lower rates bring buyers back — but there are still sellers out there who’ve been waiting. That’s leverage. We’re using it.
🔒 Locking in at the right moment
Timing a rate lock matters more than most buyers realize. I’m working closely with trusted lenders to make sure my buyers lock at exactly the right time.
📲 Revisiting buyers who paused
If you walked away 6 months ago because the numbers didn’t work — they might work now. Seriously. Run the numbers again.
🏡 Moving on neighborhoods before they heat back up
Lower rates mean more competition is coming. The buyers who move now get in before the crowd. Again.
