(VIG) is an investment real estate brokerage coordinating the sales of investment properties, specifically retail properties, shopping centers and apartment buildings throughout Southern California. a focus on the sale of shopping centers, strip centers, retail anchored centers and single tenant NNN retail properties. VIG accomplishes this by doing a comprehensive evaluation of the property for its clients. This evaluation uses sales comps and rental comparables for evaluation of a retail asset based on the income and what similar properties have sold for in the area. However, given how dynamic retail can be, VIG digs deeper by taking into account traffic counts and demographics to determine the retail worthiness of the site and the asset. VIG focuses on the local trade area where a retail property is located and what industries and specific businesses are under or over supplied in this trade area. These are just a few tools and methods used by VIG to truly extract the maximum value of a retail property.
