Could not have asked for a better experience. My boyfriend and I relocated to the LA area from Philadelphia on an extremely tight timeline and needed to find a rental within a long weekend. I stumbled across Hilda through Zillow - I reached out a few days before we were going to be in the area; she was extremely personable and very responsive. By the end of the day she had sent along a list of around 20 rentals available within the area we were looking and in our price range. When we arrived in LA for our house-hunting trip, I reached back out to Hilda to ask her to show us a few of the properties she sent along. She had the appointments set up and met us at the first location within an hour of me reaching out - on a Saturday no less! She gave up a good part of her Saturday looking at properties with us, and then even agreed to show us a few more we found that evening on Sunday. During the viewings, Hilda knew exactly what to look for and the right questions to ask.

During the negation process, Hilda did a great job. I really felt like we had someone advocating for us and we had a lease signed within the next week.

Once we relocated Hilda made sure she was there to conduct a thorough move-in walk-through with us; again she demonstrated great expertise, inspecting every nook and cranny and noticing every little detail within the house. She even went the extra mile to check in with us about a week after moving in to make sure we were settling in alright and that everything had gone smoothly. She really made us feel welcome. Hilda will be our first call when we make our next move!L
