Its been a while since i posted .. A huge congratulations to my clients the Harveys!!! With interest rates hitting 8% it is a very challenging time to purchase a home. However there is hope as my clients closed on this home at a 6.125% with NACA. Seller paid closing costs and a negotiated price reductions made this is win for my clients.
