Being kindโ€ฆ

My fun loving crazy adventurous clients turned friends just closed on a property they inherited by being kind and caring.

Working in while in college they befriended a gentleman that would come in for coffee alone. They had many conversations and became friends. They helped him with shopping and appointments and invited him to family gatherings. He had no family. They became family.

He took sick a couple of years ago and they took over his care. Sadly he passed away last year.
He left his home to them in gratitude for the years of love they bestowed upon him.

I couldnโ€™t be happier for these two young people who go above and beyond in charitable deeds
for humanity. Great humans ๐Ÿฅฐ

It is 100% accurate that location is the main driver of price.

Kind of crazy that an attached house on a 20 x 100 lot in need of a total renovation would capture a price that even surprised me as a professional in the area but it did.

This area of Flushing has become one of the most highly sort areas of Queens and it is commanding top dollar due to its location. Easy public transportation, walkability to retail stores and restaurants and easy access to schools and hospitals. You don't need a car to live here and people love that.
