• Incredible outdoor lifestyle
• Horse property at a fraction of California prices
• Short commute times

⚠️ CONS
• Summer heat is real (visit in July before deciding)
• Smaller corporate job market
• Valley Fever exists and is something to understand
• Desert living comes with a different lifestyle, landscape, and wildlife

For the right person, Tucson can be an incredible upgrade in quality of life.
