Licensed since 2004, James is the founder, broker, and owner of KALEO Real Estate Company. His experience with the “boots on the ground” day-to-day life of a REALTOR inspired KALEO’s one-on-one education, staff support, marketing, and contract training in an increasingly DIY industry. James has worked in residential and commercial sales, with experience in short sales, probates, and REOs. In 2013,
James opened his own brokerage named KALEO Real Estate Company. The word KALEO is Greek and means “to be called upon or to be appointed”. KALEO has gone from 1 agent and 1 staff employee in September 2013 to over 70 agents and counting, and 5 staff employees as of April 2021. James Baiseri served as President of the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS in 2016, a State Director with the California Association of REALTORS from 2013-Present, and is an advocate for home owner rights and community involvement. He has served on the Board of Director for Citrus Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR) since 2012 and is a President’s Circle Major donor for the National Association of Realtors REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC). James has served on numerous committees for the California Association of Realtors including currently serving on the Transaction and Regulatory Committee and the Homeownership Housing Committee. Lastly, he has also chaired numerous committees for CVAR, including the Commercial Committee; Personnel Committee, Membership Value Committee, and currently the Realtor Action Fund Political Action Committee. James is currently the Vice-President of CVAR and was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2018. They have 2 boys and 2 girls together, and added a daughter-in-law after their oldest son married his high school sweetheart in 2016. James serves at his local church as a Bible Study leader and host. He also loves to golf, share a cigar with friends, read, listen to music, and weekend getaways with his wife.
