After nearly 6 years of working side by side, God led us into an opportunity to trust Him deeply. Although our in-person hangouts and work shenanigans have shifted, we haven’t missed a beat. In fact, God has completely surprised us by showing us that our “yes” was in line with His calling.
It feels so good to be on this side and truly “taste and see” God’s goodness when you trust His plan for your life. It’s not always easy, and we’re still learning to trust, but man, are we thankful.

SOLD! Our client was moving out of state. He had an offer accepted on his purchase and needed to sell. By being proactive, getting our up front pre-list inspection with YET another listing sold without a hitch! I find it interesting when other agents ask “who pays for these?” WE DO! We invest in our listing cause we know the value they bring our clients and the process. Not to mention the winning results. Sometimes having a Psychology degree pays off 😜

Our sellers on this one had a great opportunity to sell their home back to one of the original family members of the home. It made perfect sense and the numbers all aligned. It was a no brainer. In this case we all just worked to make sure the escrow process was smooth, everyone was protected and compliant with California requirements.
