Today, that’s largely impacted by low rates. Low rates are actually making homes more affordable now than at any time since 2016, and here’s why. What a day at the San Dimas Wellness Event! 💚

The whole crew came out to serve, and we were treated to a wonderful surprise: a visit from our former City Manager, Chris Constantin! Chris, you are so missed around here, and it meant the world to see you back in town. 🙌

Afterward, we all headed to Downtown San Dimas for lunch at Sweet Savory. Great food, great company, and plenty of laughs. 🥪☕

This is what San Dimas is all about. Neighbors showing up for neighbors, supporting our local businesses, and a whole lot of people who love this town and are happy to roll up their sleeves to make it better for everybody.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and to the amazing volunteers who made it happen.🏡

🚘 Handling business in Upland + picking up my niece Blakely
✉️ Stuffing envelopes with at the Masonic Temple — 2:00 PM
🎉 Multi-chamber mixer at the Haynes Center in La Verne — 5:00 PM

Well… they got their wish. 👀⚾️
After a season of shirts off and lungs out chanting “SELL THE TEAM,” Arte Moreno is finally doing it — a record $4 BILLION sale to Stan Kroenke (yes, the Rams/Nuggets/Avalanche guy). 23 years of Moreno ownership, over.
I don’t know if it was these guys specifically… but I’m not ruling it out. 😂 Sometimes showing up and making noise actually moves the needle — whether it’s at the ballpark or in your own life. If you’re ready to make a move of your own (👀 house-hunting, not heckling), I’m your girl.
