Some deals are smooth… and then there are the ones that turn into full blown survival stories 😅

This transaction had it all — delays, septic drama, curveballs, stress, and enough chaos to age all of us about 10 years. But through all of it, we kept pushing forward together… and somehow still found reasons to laugh along the way.

Moments like this are why I love what I do. It’s never just about the house — it’s about helping good people navigate one of the biggest moments of their lives and being someone they can trust through the messy parts too. Real estate isn’t always perfect or easy, but having the right person in your corner makes all the difference.

A lot of people hear “record-high mortgage debt” and immediately think another crash is coming… but today’s market is very different than 2008.

Most homeowners have significant equity, lending standards have been much stricter, and inventory is still low — especially in our local market.

🏡 Sellers: Well-priced homes are still moving when marketed correctly.
🔑 Buyers: Waiting for a huge crash may not be the strategy many think it is. Opportunities still exist for prepared buyers.

The headlines don’t always tell the full story. Real estate is local — and the market here is still moving.
