Sometimes the first house isn’t the house — and that’s okay! After walking away from their first contract due to inspection concerns, my buyers kept going and found another one to call home. 🏡💕

The best part of buying a home isn’t the day you get the keys.

It’s everything that comes after: the ordinary September mornings, the first cool night with dinner simmering on the stove, the familiar route you walk through the neighborhood, and all the tiny moments that make you realize, this is home.

That’s the part I keep in mind when I help buyers start their search. We’re not only looking for the right number of bedrooms or the right ZIP code, we’re looking for a home that fits the life they want to live.

I get it—every seller wants top dollar. And I want that for you too.

But “let’s price it high and see what happens” isn’t really a strategy. 😅

Overpricing can mean fewer showings, more days on market, and eventually chasing the market down with price reductions.

My job isn’t to tell you the highest number you want to hear. It’s to tell you what the market is showing us—and create a strategy that actually gets your home sold. 🏡

But behind all of that is a career I take very seriously.

There’s market research, preparation, continuing education, contract knowledge, follow-up, problem-solving and a whole lot of work that never makes it onto Instagram.

Yes, I have a lot of fun, but I also have a big responsibility when I’m helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life.

And I promise I’ll never take that for granted.
