Our crews were hard at work clearing snow for the Pittsburgh Penguins around the arena.Ten hours before the game, roads were down to just one lane. We were able to fix the city's failure and make all roads around the arena 2-3 lanes wide. Great work by everyone involved. A few pictures from the first half of 2025

A trace (or more) of snowfall has been recorded at the Pittsburgh climate site for the last 20 days straight (each day of 2025). This is tied for the 5th longest streak in our period of record (dating back to 1871). If snow showers on Tuesday record at least a trace it would be tied for the 3rd longest streak in our period of record. The longest such streak was 29 consecutive days in 2011.

The guys were killing it last storm! We picked up a few new sites on the 31st that another contractor lost and were prepared to service them on the 1st and 3rd. I appreciate all of my guys efforts through these back to back storms. We are prepared for whatever tomorrow brings and will keep making rounds to service our customers multiple times through this upcoming inclement weather! Please remember we are human too and all sites will not be 100% clear at all times throughout the storm.
