It was 98 degrees and 80% humidity, and there I was digging and sweating in the dirt to do yet another landscaping job. This was the summer of 2008, and just 1 year prior, I had 7 full-time employees, but when the economy tanked, so did my landscaping “business”…along with my income. I Was Working 70 – 90 Hours/wk.…for LESS than Minimum Wage! I’ll be honest with you…I was BEYOND frustrated! I was depressed, burnt-out, and completely clueless about how I’d ever make REAL MONEY. I just KNOW there had to be a better way to make real money! …Or even just enough money to support myself! I was getting more and more broke by the day, but it all started to change when I discovered that…

Even a Broke, College Drop-Out such as I Could Make Money Investing in Real Estate…I was SUPER Excited about life once Again! When I started reading and hearing about all these people who were as dumb and broke as I was but making TONS of money in real estate investing, the depression slowly turned into excitement! For 4 Years I Struggled…and Then Came my LOWEST Point in life

In case you don’t know, there are a handful of ways to do deals in real estate. When I started, my self-image was incredibly low, and so I automatically did deals where I was comfortable…in VERY low-end areas. Even though I was doing anywhere from 1-5 deals per month, they were TINY profit…sometimes not even enough to pay the bills! But I never stopped chasing that knowledge that promised more and easier money. But like I said…I was running out of money and credit again! I remember the time I was at a seminar, and to my total embarrassment, my credit card was declined for the hotel bill! They wouldn’t let me check-in, because they couldn’t authorize it for a few hundred bucks! Imagine…I didn’t even have enough money or credit to pay $300 for a hotel! When my parents gave me the money, I was of course very thankful, but I knew something HAD to change! Does that Sound Familiar to You? …Not Having Enough Money? Fast-Forward a couple years, and I started rehabbing houses one at a time, but after my (then girlfriend, now wife!) and I finished one project, I said, “if we can do one deal at a time, then we can do 10 at a time!” of course she thought I was nuts, and I was and still am somewhat nuts, but I was on to something, and I just knew it! Now, thanks to the systems and team that we’ve created, we consistently run 15 – 35 rehabs simultaneously…at an average profit of $31,000 EACH! From Dead-Broke to $1,000,000 per Year…in Less than 2 Years! So….the question is how did I get from dead-broke landscaper to 7-figure income real estate investor??? Here’s what made me successful: I finally discovered the secret steps I had to take on a consistent basis that would produce lots of big checks on a regular basis. I can remember our first 6-figure profit month back in early 2015…it was life-changing! You see, when you follow a proven system like we do, it works…every time! ANYONE Can Rehab Houses Part-Time & Earn More on One Deal than You’re Making in One Year at Your Job…Using None of their Own Cash or Credit and with No Prior Experience!
