Everyone thinks they know Glenview from a weekend visit or a few posts online.

But there’s always a thing you only really get once you’ve lived a full year here, through every season.

For us it’s how the whole town lines Harlem Avenue for the 4th of July parade. It’s Wednesday nights at the Bearfoot in the Park concerts, blankets out at Jackman Park all summer long. It’s the Saturday morning market at Historic Wagner Farm that makes the winter mornings worth it.

That’s the part we love telling people about.
